Build confidence in your next big bet by testing your riskiest assumptions.

Concept Confidence validates your opportunity before you invest in bringing it to market.

Put confidence into your concepts

Rapidly create and trial product concepts to validate competitive problem-solution fit, feature set, pricing model, and servicing needs. Experiment with end-users and potential customers through prototyping using no-code or low-code solutions that validate the desirability and viability assumptions crucial to justifying investments.

We’re product builders and innovation strategists

We rose through the ranks at both in-house technology companies and at innovation consultancies. This integrated perspective has allowed us to consistently pave a rapid path to value for growing companies.

We’ve developed our Concept Confidence service to help organizations build the confidence to say go.

Immersion

Target your riskiest assumptions

We dive deep into what you already know about the opportunity you want to pursue. We then define and prioritize the riskiest assumptions that need to be validated through experimentation, and align on the success criteria (i.e. what needs to be true) in order for you to invest in bringing it to market.

Experiment Design

Build tests to validate what needs to be true.

Whether qualitative or quantitative in nature (or a combination of both), we craft the artifacts required to conduct the tests. Depending on the testing methodology, artifacts can range from a single value proposition statement on a slide for customer interviews, to a clickable call-to-action through email marketing, to a clickable prototype for more robust concepts.

Experiment Execution

Run tests to collect data and generate insights

Once the experiments have been designed, we execute the plan. Whether interviewing a dozen prospective customers, fielding a pricing survey to 100 people, or driving traffic to a landing page, we ensure the collection of all relevant data and record detailed notes. All experiments have success criteria defined in advance, and we use that criteria to evaluate the results.
