Jessi strives to combine user needs, market research and strategic thinking to create exceptional experience strategies. Her background in UX and product development allows her to take a pragmatic approach to innovation that leaves her stakeholders feeling heard and involved.
Jessi grew her career at Office Depot as a usability architect where she led UX for the online team and crafted their user-centered research program. Later at UKG, a Fortune 500 global company, Jessi co-directed the joint enterprise and combined product suite experience strategy. She was a key enabler, responsible for facilitating and aligning executives, in the effort to uncover UKG’s product suite vision statement and principles after a fresh corporate merger.
With their vision, Jessi led the architecture and strategic design of the experience artifacts that brought that vision to life and drove the UX, Marketing, and Product strategies and roadmapping directions across the UKG suite.
